Here's how our hiring process works for temporary work:

• Application
  Go to our website to complete a detailed application and submit your résumé.
• Pre-Screen
  When you inquire about employment, we will ask initial screening questions to make sure you meet our minimum employment requirements.
• Drug Test/Background Check
  Every applicant must sign a form certifying willingness to submit to drug testing and to release background information, including police or criminal records.
• Testing & Verification
  You must complete a series of skills assessment and your employment references will be checked.
• Interview
  Next, you will meet with a Staffing Consultant for a face-to-face, in-depth interview. The Staffing Consultant will review your skills, experience and work interests to create your Candidate Profile.
• Orientation
  Once you meet our qualifications, we will walk you through a detailed company orientation, so you can hit the ground running!
